PECAMP is looking for suitable individuals to become its fellow. The criteria of fellowship is as follows:

1. PECAMP member for at least 5 continuous years.
2. Has made notable contributions to the association such as:
   1. Active PECAMP Main Committee.
   2. Involved in PECAMP membership drives.
   3. Organize conferences under the banner of PECAMP.
3. Distinguished Individual/Subject Expert in field of IR and KM.
